Installation

Prefabricated to your specifications, Steadfast truss bridges are delivered in one piece or in modular sections, depending on span. Bolted splices eliminate the need for field welding. Installation usually takes one to three days.
Transportation - Once the bridge is painted, it’s ready for delivery. Components are delivered to the job site on a flatbed truck.
Foundation/Abutments - The bridge is attached to the abutments with anchor bolts.

Delivery - Before the bridge arrives, it is tagged with a number that correlates to the plans for easy erection.

Erection of Bridge - Trusses are erected first. Once the first truss is connected to abutment, the second is placed.

Decking and Flooring - After the floor system is added, the bridge is ready to be opened.
Bridge Completion - The finished truss bridge is economical, durable, and quickly open to traffic.
